Economic and Community Development Meeting

Description

Join us as we hear from Erin Hafkenschiel, President of ThinkTennessee, who will share a data-driven look at trends shaping Nashville’s economy and communities. Drawing on county-level and block-group-level data, she’ll highlight Davidson County’s and Donelson-Hermitage area indicators related to demographics and income, the local housing picture (including home values, rents, housing types, and cost burden), jobs by industry and commute patterns—discussing what they suggest about opportunities and challenges for the Donelson-Hermitage area.

Come be part of the conversation as we explore the latest updates and dive into how Nashville is preparing for its next exciting chapter of growth.
