Due to the upcoming holiday\, deadline to register is Friday 7/2 at 4:30 p.m. \n\n\n\nAbout Our Guest:\n\n\n\nAldo Amato is the director of public relations\, communications and marketing at the Nashville Sports Council and TransPerfect Music City Bowl. He is a 2012 graduate of the University of Alabama where he received his bachelor's degree in Journalism. A former news and sports reporter\, Aldo's career path has spanned across the country from the U.S.-Mexico border to Reno\, Nevada and everywhere in between. Amato relocated back to the Middle Tennessee region after spearheading public relations and marketing at two United Soccer League Championship soccer teams\; Reno 1868 FC and Memphis 901 FC. Prior to that\, Aldo was the Middle Tennessee State University Athletics beat writer for The Daily News Journal and Tennessean for two years. Prior to jumping back into sports journalism\, Amato was a government reporter in Laredo\, Texas where he uncovered government corruption at The Laredo Morning Times.\n\n\n\nAbout Nashville Sports League:\n\n\n\nEstablished in 1992\, the Nashville Sports Council is a 501 (c)6 non-profit\, membership-driven organization dedicated to connecting Nashville sports and business communities together. Nashville Sports Council has been the driving force of sports tourism and culture in the Music City by recruiting events that have resulted in over $800 million in direct economic impact.\n\n\n\nTheir members play a pivotal role in driving sports tourism and making Nashville the best sports city in the country.
