DESCRIPTION:Community Event\n\n\n\nDistrict 12 Metro Councilmember Rep Erin Evans will be hosting a virtual rezoning meeting for Case #2011SP-005-003\, the parcel located at 4124 Central Pike. \n\n \nIn 2011 this parcel was rezoned to to an SP that permitted mixed use development. In 2015 the SP was amended to permit a boat storage facility on the property as part of a mixed use development.\n\nToday\, the developer would like to revert back to the 2011 version of the SP (that included mixed use development) to remove the boat storage facility.
